Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi

I had a pleasant stay overall, with a beautiful outdoor area and a good range of dining options. The rooms, while comfortable, felt a little dated and could use more natural light. The service was incredibly attentive, especially in the lounge, but it seems there's a mix-up with room allocations that could use improvement.

I recently returned to my second home at this hotel, and it felt fantastic to be back! The rooms have a fresh new feel, and the staff truly make you feel welcome. The dining options were excellent, with plenty of variety, although some restaurants were closed during my stay. The pool and beach areas were immaculately clean. While the overall experience was great, the service did have a few hiccups that need addressing. Overall, I’m excited to go back soon!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! The renovations have truly transformed it into a fabulous spot with fantastic amenities. The pool area is perfect for both adults and kids, and the private beach is a relaxing gem. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff, especially Joseph Ecat and Samil, were incredibly attentive and helpful. However, the rooms were a bit small for my family of four, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

I had a really great stay at this hotel, enjoying the well-located property that features a private beach and a heated swimming pool, perfect for families. The all-inclusive dining at the 'Flavours' restaurant was fantastic with a wide variety of options, although check-in could be a bit inconvenient with the late 3 PM time. The staff were exemplary, particularly the team at the restaurant, making our experience memorable despite the limited evening entertainment and the minor noise from the street.

However, the rooms could use some updating, as they felt a bit dated and didn't quite match the expectations of a higher-tier resort. Overall, it was a lovely stay and great value for the price.
