Mixed Experience at the Hotel
small balcony missing mosaics
The room i stayed in had a rather small balcony. it was difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space because it lacked adequate seating. additionally, the pool area was disappointing. Some mosaics were missing and i noticed ants near the pool bar. this affected my overall impression.

charmed stay
amazing service cake gift
neelum provided amazing customer service. i tried this location with my wife and it was a great experience. neelum gave us a great cute. she secured everything was perfect for our anniversary, even brought us a cake.
the air conditioner made extreme loud noise. the noise was hard to stand when sleeping. we were able to hear a false fire alarm. the alarm itself was very quiet.

the hotel is centrally located so it is easy to reach main attractions. families looking to explore without long travel times find this a big plus. this location is quite convenient for travel.

the hotel offered green areas and a main restaurant. there was tasty food, but less verity at breakfast. the beach area and swimming pools are ideal for a relaxing time. it was wonderful.

mina at reception was helpful to all guests. sajid at the front desk provided lots of information regarding local visits. several staff members were helpful and polite. this made a big difference for us.
